Return Policy:
You can make a return / exchange / refund request with VIPest within three days from the date of receipt.
Please keep and return all packaging, including all packaging boxes, original product packaging boxes, original product labels, gifts and all accessories, etc., and ensure all packaging is returned in intact condition. If the packaging and assembly status of the goods do not meet the above conditions, arrangements for return or exchange of the goods may not be made.
When we successfully recover the relevant goods, we will make return / exchange / refund. Please refer to the confirmation email for details.
Remarks:
- An individual order can only be returned once.
- No proof of purchase on this site.
- We will refund all the money used when purchasing returnable goods, but the shipping fees paid and coupons used in the order is/are not be refundable.
- If VIPets fails to collect the goods within seven days, it reserves the right to cancel the return / refund / exchange of the goods.
- Any merchandise that has been opened, used or damaged in any way due to personal reasons cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Any free gifts or trial packs.
